Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 2 eggs
Method
- Blend the ingredients in a blender or smoothie maker, or oyu could mash them up really well with a fork
- Heat a small pan with a little oil
- Add half the mixture to the pan, wait until the one side cooks and then flip
- Do the same with the other half and there you go, a couple of two ingredient pancakes!
- Serve with some maple syrup, some honey, some fresh fruit, or whatever you feel like.
